In this fun and energizing workshop, we’ll use yoga & fitness as foundations to: reacquaint you with your yoga body - through movement, breath, meditation learn to create muscle strength using resistance band practice learn and practice yoga for healthy joints, improved balance enjoy healthy snacks and lunch each day learn and practice YogaBall© to lengthen muscles and relieve stress and tension relax and unwind with guided meditation Attend one or both days (snacks and lunch are included each day) - registration options at bottom of page.
