Saturday, February 22nd, Partner Yoga
9:30 AM - 11:30 AM Partner yoga involves joining hands, locking elbows, touching feet, or sitting/standing back to back
with another human to create stable, strong and fun postures together. It is an enjoyable way to get a deeper stretch,
laugh about what you think you can't do together, and end up doing it perfectly. There is usually a lot of laughter during
a partner yoga workshop. This workshop is suitable for any level of student and is offered in-person only.
I recommend choosing a partner before class - someone you’ll be comfortable working with - and either register

Please bring your own yoga mat and yoga blanket. Other props available on-site.
** If paying in advance, the per-person rate is $18 plus NMGRT. Advance payment is available via PayPal. The pay at
the door rate for this workshop is $20 per person if spaces remain available.
