It is an enjoyable way to get a deeper stretch, laugh about what you think you can't do together, and end up doing it perfectly. There is usually a lot of laughter during a partner yoga class. This class is suitable for any level of student.You can choose a partner before class if you wish, or simply register/pay, and see who is available to partner with on the day of the class. Friday, February 23rd, Strengthen the Hip/Leg Connection
9:30 AM - 11:30 AM As our bodies age, it is beneficial to discover and practice ways to keep the lower body strong and supple. We’ll explore the concept and practice of femur-grounding to establish the connection between legs and hips, then move on to a series of postures for building strength in the legs and increasing suppleness in the hips.Please bring your own yoga mat, yoga blanket, and at least one yoga strap. Other props will be available on-site.
