Wednesday All Levels, Hatha Yoga -
In Person
10 am MST. Four classes prepaid, $28 plus NMGRT. Payments
accepted in cash or by check. Provide your own mat and yoga blanket
please; other props are available in studio. Class sequencing changes
from week to week. All levels of students are welcome.
Private Lessons - In-Person*
Private lessons are a great way to enhance, improve your regular
practice, or take it into the next level. Lessons are set to individual needs
and/or requests and must be pre-booked and pre-paid. No-shows are not
refunded, credited or re-booked. Please email info@yogacrossroads.com
to inquire and set up your private session. Prepayment is via PayPal or
Zelle. PayPal also includes a 3% card fee.

Mondays - YIN Yoga Class - In Person
10 a.m. MST, 1 hour. Classes are in-person. Four classes prepaid, $28
plus NMGRT. Payments accepted in cash or by check. Yin yoga uses a
series of long-hold postures to assist with creating space in joint
capsules; allow for lengthening of tendons and ligaments; create
myofascial release. It is a largely non-muscular practice and with a focus
on lower body. Props needed for this class are a yoga mat, two 4” blocks,
a yoga blanket, one 8’ strap with d-rings (not plastic buckle). Please
provide own mat and blanket; other props available at studio.
Mondays - Virtual YIN Yoga Class -
Live over Zoom
7:30 a.m. MST, 9:30 EST, 1 hour. Classes are live via Zoom. Four
classes prepaid, $28 plus NMGRT. No drop-in rate for this class. Email
info@yogacrossroads.com to register and prepay before first class.
Zoom link is provided via email on Sunday evenings. Prepayment is via
PayPal or Zelle, and includes NMGRT. PayPal payments also include a

Thursday All Levels, Hatha Yoga - In
Person
10 am MST. Four classes prepaid, $28 plus NMGRT. Payments
accepted in cash or by check. Provide your own mat and yoga blanket
please; other props are available in studio. Class sequencing changes
from week to week. Last Thursday of month is often taught as
restorative - check schedule page. All levels of students are welcome.
